Rather then concentrating on specific muscle groups, the Pilates Method focuses on Moving the Body as a Whole. Building muscles without adding bulk, improving joint mobility, creating flexibility, and increasing energy.
About Laura
Laura received her full mat and equipment Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Core Pilates NYC and worked for several years at Core Pilates and Equinox before starting her boutique studio, Laura Ashley Pilates, in Brooklyn. She recently relocated to South Florida and is spreading her passion for Pilates to the Sunshine State. She teaches a range of group classes throughout Delray Beach.
